Home Staging Consultation


Home Staging is the art and science of preparing a home for sale.  Since the goal is to appeal to the widest array of potential buyers, the expert stager walks through all exterior spaces and interior rooms to critically assess needs.  This process takes 2 ½ - 3 hours.  The client is left with a 19 page comprehensive report of recommendations to achieve this result.  Some recommendations include: colour pallets for interior rooms or exteriors spaces; editing or re-arrangement of existing furniture and recommendations for minor repairs.  The end result/goal is to help home owners sell their homes quickly and for top dollar.

Our expert stagers will take the results of the report and will help to support recommendations made.  Predominately this includes: facilitating furniture rentals; editing of rooms; re-arrangement of furniture for space, function and flow; storage arrangements and complete project management.  This service is available for existing homes, condominiums, vacant homes or builder homes.  Our goal is to highlight the positives and minimize the negatives to show the property to the best advantage.

The final touch

A wide array of gorgeous, up-to-date accessories are made available to the home owner for an additional fee to assist in highlighting each room.  These include items such as: lamps; artwork; towels; pillows; bedding; dishes; etc.

Other support services may include recommendations for painters, rug cleaners, window cleaners etc., as required by the client.


So it feels like home

This is an alternate service to full home staging.  Utilizing the clients’ own furnishings, the stager will edit, rearrange and highlight key features of each room. 

3D Concept Drawing

Utilizing a 3D technologies program, concept drawings of individual rooms or entire homes can be facilitated to help clients visualize finished spaces.  The client can envision their new space with a blueprint of the space plus two dimensional and three dimensional pictures.


Cozy & manageable

This service aids both individuals moving from: larger homes to smaller homes; larger homes to condominiums and seniors moving from their homes to retirement residences.  The full array of services such as: staging the home for sale; assisting in selecting furnishings and accessories for the new space; providing three dimensional concept drawing to visualize new spaces; shopping for home décor items; assisting in hiring moving vans and setting up the new space are available to the client.


The goal of ReDesign (or Interior Design) is to help individual clients design a room or home to suit their personal tastes. 




This service supports the client who wishes to purchase furniture/product wholesalers/lighting/accessories with the aid of the ReDesigner who is assisting in decorating their home.

Home Décor Sourcing

For an hourly fee, or a specified one-time fee, the ReDesigner can help homeowners by shopping for needed home accessories such as: linens; bedding; pillows, towels, canvas prints, dishes or accessories.


Colour Consultation

To assist homeowners in selecting a complete colour palette for their home, the ReDesigner will facilitate a 2 hour consultation with the client leaving an 11 page report for the selection of paint colours to suit their rooms and lifestyle.

Rooms in a Box

This is a unique service available.  For a specified fee (dependent on the size and complexity of the room), the ReDesigner offers a ‘Room in a Box’.  This includes a face-to-face consultation with the client in their home.  The ReDesigner will then provide the client with a 2D and 3D design of the completed room; paint samples, all furnishings and accessories needed plus a vendor list of where to purchase all items. (beds, bedding, rugs, lamps, artwork etc).  For an additional fee, the ReDesigner can shop for all of these items and facilitate work and/or workers needed to complete the job.

When should I call a Home Stager?

  • Prior to listing and photographing your home on-line or MLS
  • If you plan to do many DIY projects on you own, calling in a stager a few months in advance will give you the home seller the advice needed to prep your home (i.e. painting, minor repairs)
